    one came in slightly chipped. they look great, but we were a little upset about the chip. they did makeup for it though by giving us a discount code to use for our next purchase! they were also quick to answer back when i had sent the email about the chip. very kind! will order from them again

    The decanters are good quality. I give this 3 stars because three of the five decanters decals were not centered on the bottle.

    UPDATE: I am updating my review to a 5 because the company immediately did everything that they could to make up for the decals not being made well. I was given a refund and the customer service was incredible. Most companies would not do this today, so this instantly changed my review.

    Great product but when every Decanter is personalized the boxes should be labeled so that I don't have to open every single one to see whos it is.
